It was very confusing about the transition from Hilton to Kozy. The website was confusing. I called the direct number to the site and i was put on hold for 10 minutes the first call and I hung up. I called back and was on hold for 5 minutes and they answered.

I reserved a room on Expedia’s for my wife, son and I while we were visiting my in-laws. The facility appeared to be nice, the staff was professional and the room was clean. I can’t complain about that but I did notice a few roaches in our room prior to leaving. My wife also found out in the morning that the breakfast had to be paid for as it wasn’t included with the price of the room. Beside that it was decent.

The hotel itself was clean and in a great location, but service was terrible! We were unable to get new keys are ours lost their calibration because we were told that "the hotel was low on keys" in addition, we were unable to obtain new and dry bath towels as we were also told that "the hotel has a shortage of towels". this was unacceptable as a hotel should provide these basic amenities. The hotel phone also did not connect to front desk or room service at all and we were unable to get ahold of a regular person.
