Was very loud and roudy above and around our room till after 11 with no help from staff. Also the associate that handled our initial check in shoukd be introduced to the idea of deodorant. To round this out the internet is genuinely horrid.

Meh

We stayed there overnight from Sunday to Monday, and it wasn’t great. We are a couple in our 40s without kids, and they put us in a room across from the laundry and pool, and down the hall from check-in and breakfast, and apparently under a family of elephants. The hotel was not full, so I’m not sure why that was selected. The bed was uncomfortable, but the room was clean. The chair in our room was armless, like a piece of a sectional sofa. It was a little uncomfortable and out of place, but better than nothing. Breakfast was good.

Very unhappy in the condition of the swimming pool. It was so murky you could not see in the water to pick up pool toys. My grand daughter broke out in a rash that night after swimming. We had booked this hotel for 2 nights while we visited the Grand Canyon! The breakfast had nothing gluten free to offer and a very plain menu.

Nice hotel

Good location. Walkable to the main area of town, weather permitting. Management needs to enforce the rule regarding leaving your pet unattended in the room. People need to know that includes breakfast time so that the dog isn't barking the entire time you are gone and enjoying your meal. Incessant barking isn't pleasant any time of the day.

Need to order decaf coffee

Decaf coffee machines did not work for my entire stay, very light colored water came out. After 2 days I asked an employee to check if the machine was hooked up correctly. The employee opened the machine, went to get another coffee box trying to make me happy, came back and told me there were no decaf coffee boxes. That answered why concern, the decaf coffee box inside the machines was never changed while I was there.

Clean, good service, good price, hot breakfast.

We got snowed in on a job, and La Quinta had availability. Offered a suite when a 2 bed wasnt available.. great price. Clean. This property offered hot breakfast. Dishware could have been upgrated, i felt like i was at a church picnic... very flimsy plates and tiny foam cups.
