The property was excellent. The entertainment was subpar for adults. The food was awful. Nothing had flavor or proper seasoning from the buffet, and all the fried stuff tasted of old/stale oil. The Japanese restaurant was good. The italian restaurant food wasnt good at all. Didnt get any reservation at any other restaurant.

My recommendation is that customer service training be urgently provided to ALL team members who provide front-desk services. Upon arrival, there was an issue with my room, and the Manager spoke to me in a way that made me feel embarrassed and deeply disrespected. I do not feel welcome to return as a future guest to Royalton.
