The manager ,particularly,and staff were charming .The room was pleasant,bathrooms were pretty poor,for 4 * accommodation.Could not believe there was no shower,and the bath took forever to fill.My husband &I were surprised there was no fridge,although of course one could put drinks outside to cool.We thought it was quite shocking to be charged €2 for a tea bag!!We have stayed in several places over the years,and that is a first!How mean.It is not worth paying the extra for The suite,which we did for the Mont Blanc view,(the views are much the same each way),and the fire,which is only ethanol,has to be lit for you,burns approximately 3hrs ,was lit once,don’t bother.Breakfast very poor,even if you pay extra for one egg,we have had better in a b&b when we stop over on our way down..Dinner extremely little choice,and mainly meat ,potatoes,and cheese (although we now know this is regional),food quality,mediocre.All in all ;we felt no value for money,only 2 small bottles of Evian left in the room,for 5 nights.

Super nice but not a “normal shower”. A bit tricky to drive to-very windy road. But delicious dinner and good breakfast which is standard-no choice. We got bread, yogurt, fruit, bread pudding and coffee.

Bonjour, hôtel chalet très agréable. Dans les points à revoir le petit déjeuner 15€ reste cher. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un petit buffet en lieu et place de ce repas servi qui donne un côté strict et surveillé. Nous avons même eu un supplément de 5€ à payer !!! Le repas du soir reste trop cher également 39 € et a un côté très cérémonial, ce qui nuit beaucoup au côté Cosy et familial auquel prétend cet hôtel. Une fois de plus un buffet serait le bien venu et donnerait une touche beaucoup plus convivial à ce lieu.
