Highly Recommended!
Overall this was an outstanding property. Front desk service was top notch--very friendly. It is technically a time share, so when you check in, you get the typical sales pitch to visit a sister property (which I declined) but they were not at all "pushy." I gave an average review on cleanliness only because during my 3 night stay, housekeeping never visited. I left late (around noon) each day so maybe I missed the window for housekeeping and honestly not even sure if this is a service that is offered here. Otherwise the property and room were exceptionally clean. Room and bathroom were very spacious and liked the full kitchen. Location could not be beat--very walkable to most everything in the downtown area. There were some reviews complaining about the noise. I admit it did get a little loud as there is a bar with rooftop just next door however I was out late each night so it was not a bother. If you have kids or are wanting peace and quiet, maybe not your place. (Again, I stayed over the weekend so the noise could be limited to that timeframe--not sure). Overall very highly recommended--no issues whatsoever!

Okay deal in an expensive town
This is an okay hotel, very new. Service was minimal but nice. It was a really weird room though with no windows. Glad I was only there for a few days. But if you aren't spending much time in the room, the location was great.

The property is very nice and in a great location for tourists. However, there are clubs and bars in the area and on the weekend the loud music was a problem until 2 am. Not the hotel's fault but an issue if you have kids. The service and hotel was excellent and I would recommend to others.

Everything was top notch. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean with modern decor. Bed was comfortable and everything from plates and cups to a blender and salt and pepper were provided in the room. Highly recommend.

Valet parking was full the entire weekend. Had to park in a garage a few blocks away. Room was wonderful. Only complaint was that the shower had hair in it. Is next to a busy bar, and music could be heard through the night. Was always greeted by the staff, who treat you like royalty. Great location on king street and not too far a walk to the Market and water. The courtyard outside our room was beautiful and peaceful.

The room was spacious but had no outside windows, only interior windows to the hall. The bed was very comfortable and we had a mini kitchen, which we only used to make coffee. The shower was huge. Everything was updated. Wish it were closer to the center of town. Restaurants were nearby but the ones we wanted were a nice walk away.
