The hotel is positioned in the heart of Plombieres very close to the spa and places to eat. It's quirky as if you don't receive your email about how to Check In (as we didn't) you're left staring at a rather derelict looking hotel wondering what to do. There's a phone number on the door, but you'll need to speak french. Despite France winning the World Cup Final that evening it was pleasantly comfortable and fairly quiet during the night. Checking Out???? No idea. Just shut the door behind you I suppose.

Eau chaude qui arrive au bout de 5 minutes, 1 demi rouleau de papier toilettes pour 2 jours, pas de nettoyage ou passages dans les chambes entre les nuits, pas de petits dejeuner, la chaines princiale (TF1) meme pas dispo,pas pas de volets, fenetre qui ne s’ouvre pas. Séjour catastrophique !!!

Probleme d'accès a l'hôtel :la reservation navait pas été prise en compte et il ny a aucune réception sur place. Il a fallu attendre et appeler pour accéder a la chambre. Lemployée au téléphone a été reactive mais, après la route, lexpérience est désagréable. La chambre est jolie mais elle est poussiereuse, l eau chaude met très longtemps à arriver dans la douche, il ny a aucun service sur place, ni petit dejeuner ni dosette de café mise à disposition. Dommage car le lieu est agréable.

résidence agréable, mais pas de réception juste un message envoyé pour donner le code d'accès. pas de service de petit déjeuner, l'hôtel dirige vers une boulangerie qui n'existe plus leur panneau dans la chambre devrait être mis à jour. J'ai trouvé de quoi petit-déjeuner à la superette vival après la poste, il y a un bon 400 mètres à marcher ! mais la terrase ou l'on peut petit déjeuner est agréable avec une vue sympa !
