The hotel is located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, with many excellent restaurants just steps away. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety of food options. We used the airport transfer service both upon arrival and departure, and it worked perfectly. Additionally, Nina at the front desk kindly helped us by preparing a box breakfast for our very early morning departure, for which we were extremely grateful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it.

The O’Gallery was outstanding from start to finish. Daisy and all the staff were amazingly attentive to all our needs. The rooms were clean and sparkling. Breakfast was delicious.
