Great location with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay enjoyable. The hotel was generally clean, although the room had a slightly musky smell, likely due to the humid weather. Aside from that, the overall experience was pleasant and convenient.

I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in a central location ideal for seeing all that Hanoi has to offer. The breakfast is amazing and the choice plentiful, whether you want to sample traditional Vietnamese food, a continental breakfast or just a selection of fresh local fruits. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible and catered to our every need

The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily without request. The food is delicious and some of the best we had while in Hanoi. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The hotel is location is excellent as it is nearby the main attractions in Hanoi or a short taxi ride away. The staff are wonderful and friendly, even gave us suggestions such as places to eat. Overall, we have a good time during our stay. However, the hotel might consider updating and better maintenance of their fixtures.
