Not sure if the hotel has an issue with housekeeping cos we had to wait till almost 5pm to have our room ready after checking in at 4.15pm. Unfortunately, the room we got faced the main road and I had some difficulties falling asleep. We requested to change our room, which the staff readily arranged. However, we had to again wait till almost 5pm for the replacement room to be ready. Aside from this, the stay was pleasant as the staff was all really helpful and always checking if we needed help. The hotel is also across Sarinah mall so that was really convenient for some quick shopping or food. Breakfast was alright, nothing outstanding but nothing went wrong too. Room aircon works very well and the shower pressure was good too. I would say, reasonable value for money. Just let them know if you’re a light sleeper. Hopefully you’ll get a room away from the main road.

The hotel is near major malls. It’s clean; the staff are helpful. However, the main road is undergoing major construction for the MRT line, and the hotel's entrance is not conspicuous.

This place offers amazing value for money and is super comfortable. The only downside is that it can get noisy with motorbikes due to the area. If you’re a light sleeper, you should definitely keep that in mind.

Spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. A highlight was the super friendly, attentive and professional staff, in particular the breakfast waitresses & waiters for starting our day with a smile. Breakfast was a good mix of local & western fare, loved the daily Soto. Soto Bogor my fave. We will be back next time in Jakarta :) Olivier & Tanti

Amazing breakfast and service!

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel feels a little tired in places, but the staff were fantastic the breakfast was one of the best I’ve enjoyed at any hotel recently. Location is good, but as is the case with most of Jakarta, the traffic can be very bad, taking over an hour to travel 10km’s.
