This was one of our favorite hotels in Japan. The room was very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the metro. No bathtub. No coffee in the lobby. I think all hotels should offer coffee in the lobby. They have a cool “pillow bar” where you can pick your own pillow. After an awful, flat pillow in Tokyo, it was nice to be able to pick out a more supportive pillow for our 3 night stay. Hotel staff was helpful and it was a really nice stay.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with sister. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They provided information for sightseeing and sorted out every problems during my stayed. The double room is clean and big enough for opening 2 big suitcases. Basic facilities are equipped in room. Location is great. 3 mins walking distance to underground shopping area and 5 mins to night bus stop.
