Super locatie. Heerlijk rustig. Supermarkt en goeie koffie om de hoek. Metro station binnen twee minuten wandelen en alles zeer netjes. Verder is xi’a wel toeristisch en druk maar prachtige plek.

Nice Rooms, Poor Customer Service
The room was very modern and spacious, this could be a great hotel but customer service needs some work. We arrived around 7pm, check in was quick and easy. My husband had some work to do requiring wifi, so we decided to eat at one of the 3 restaurants in the hotel. It appeared none of the restaurants were open for food service although it was only 7:30pm. The menu was only available in Chinese and the staff was unhelpful/ unwilling to help translate. We live in China and have stayed in many hotels within China and this is not normal customer service for travelling within china. Many hotels and restaurants especially international chains will provide menus with english as they are marketing towards foreign travellers. We chose to have a drink as we were unable to get food service and it took 20 minutes to receive a flat draft beer although the hotel bar also advertises itself as having "home-brewed craft beers." Overall the hotel was fine as long as the only customer service you require is check in/ check out.

Fantastic
This hotel was brand new inside. The room was fantastic, very clean and comfy.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They had 2 really neat patios outside. We didn't eat there so can't say anything about the food, but for the price of one night we were very happy.
