2nd time staying here and will stay again when visiting Antwerp. Perfect location if arriving/leaving by trainfrom Antwerp Centraal as literally across the road. Nice basic modern hotel - only really lacking a fridge in the rooms.

Convenient location, most staff helpful one was not. The hotel should replace the worn towels with newer ones.

The hotel is very well located right next to the train station. You can easily walk to shops until you reach the old part of Antwerp. The hotel has great staff, service and the rooms are big! Ours had a kitchen with fridge. The breakfast was decent. Overall we highly recommend this hotel!

Location, staff and services were all great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It was quite weak. I could shower but was not comfortable.

Very impressed with hotel. Excellent location by station - safe bag storage when arriving into Antwerp much earlier than check in time and leaving much later than checkout Friendly, efficient staff Decent breakfast Will use on future ~Antwerp visits.

I was unfortunately clear that arriving early for breakfast meant that we got last days food and things were not ready to be opened on time. Shame, because otherwise it was a good hotel with perfect location

6/10 Good

The location was fantastic but I felt the rooms could use a touch up and the bed was not very comfortable. For 1-2 nights it’s ok but not long term. Very friendly staff

It was a very short stay but I can definitely recommend the place. Clean, great location but most of all wonderful staff!! Very friendly, fun to talk to and very helpful.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is conveniently located close to the station, and the staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest improving is the Wi-Fi setup, as having to enter an address and additional information to connect was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

We loved this hotel. It was right across the street from the train station, the most beautiful train station in the world and it truly is. We arrived from Paris and just zipped across the street and checked right in. It also included breakfast which was excellent, lots of variety and very tasty. The rooms were clean, modern and very nice.
