Very nice and comfortable. Be sure to have a 4 x 4 vehicle to reach the place. There's a small plug in stove but no oven. However there is a microwave and the blinds shut out light very well for a good night's sleep.

This was one of our favorite places we stayed in our two weeks in Iceland. The place is clean and well appointed with a full kitchen. The most surprising thing about it was that it is private but has views to die for. The units are positioned so you don't see any of the other ones, making you feel like you are completely alone when you are watching the aurora borealis show. It is located near all the top sites of the south coast. Really good jump off point.

My husband and I loved the guesthouse. Self check in and check out was simple and easy. The view from the guesthouse was immaculate. The building was warm and clean. The kitchen had the essentials. This place contactless check in which went smoothly due to having proper communication from the owners. This unit was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was adequate for cooking and fortunately I had some experience with cooking on an induction stove due to them having an induction unit to help us cook. this property is located next to one of the most famous waterfalls in Iceland that allows you to walk behind the waterfall. We could also see it from our room. This is a great location to explore this area of Iceland.

Incredible stay! Highly recommend!
I stayed in one of the regular cottages with my family (4 adults) and it was easily the best place we stayed on our entire Iceland trip. The cottage was small but comfortably fit all of us. Kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed plenty of cosy teas while admiring the amazing view. We didn’t have any issues with the shower/hot water- 2 of us showered in the evening and 2 of us showered in the morning. Excellent communication from the owners.
