The staff was rude and extremely impolite. The air conditioning did not work properly, and we were told it could not be fixed until two days later. Even when we brought it up several times, the staff insisted it was working – even though the receptionist came to the room and confirmed it was not. The night shift staff, however, was incredibly kind.

Stuff was friendly, professional and friendly. Pool area was comfortable, but unfortnately guests keep sun beds reserved by placing towels on them. Elevator was working but quaite slow. A/C worked, but it has very bad remote control and was difficult to turn on/off. Kitchen has all what we needed for short stay and stove + kettle worked fine. Shower was good and no problems with water pressure or temperatures.

One month in HMA

Everything was quite ok, we just had to melt fridge, it was all fully frozen. Took one night to have it safely working. Kitchenette was small too, almost no equipment at all. Had to buy own kettle and fryingpan.. Two forks,two spoons,one fruitknive. We had an apart on the street side,was good for the first week(so hot was weather), but a little bit annoying was traffic, here they don't save the horn!! All together, a place to stay anyway. Safe and staff were quite friendly. Today there are russians of course,but never mind...
