While the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable for a short stay and worked well as an overnight stop. Overall, it was a solid and practical choice for one night in Nagoya.

The staff attending to us is much friendlier and helpful. Guess, it was an isolated individual staff's lack of understanding to guests' weariness when we had to check in late. They need to understand, guests still need to check out to by 11am regardless even they were to check in late. So checking in smoothly and as early as possible is a plus factor! I hope staff could be more understanding and show empathy when guests try to check in slightly earlier, provided room is ready and available. Going strictly by the book and requiring all passports to be furnished together
