Comfortable stay
It is a good place to stay if you are bringing your family and the place is close to a chemist, fuel, wide range of cafes and also the National Dinosaur Museum and Cockington green. The room was spacious and comfortable for a whole family and will definitely give this a return visit.

It should have been pointed out on the web page that the property was part of the YMCA Group. I have nothing against children been given a good time at this facility but this information should have been disclosed when booking a room.

We've stayed here twice already and like how its so close to different attractions for the kids, we also like the overall look of the property. This time we notice our room was abit dirty, the carpet had a sticky patch (like someone dropped honey) and my kids stepped on and it got stuck to their foot. It would have been nice to have microwave in the room because having a toodler that needs his milk warmed up would have been convenient. Would still come back in the future

Room 21 had a stale smell, needed airing out. some marks on the wall, Nice shower and separate toliet, good vakue for money. Will come back. Needed help with finding an EV charger tand they printed out maps to show me where. Awesome.
