Mar 20, 2026Staff not very responsive to needs! I stayed for 12 days and didn’t get any room service, even after asking multiple times and being promised it would happen. Simple items like an iron was not available in the room and not upon request in reception, even though I could see irons behind the glass door of the reception office!
