Great stay
We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a small kitchenette. There was a laundramat on site which was great. It us conveniently located if you have a car. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, a mucrowave, and a cooktop. No oven.

Overall a good experience. However, I was there during the off-season (it's geared towards summer visitors) and some of the services changed their operating times. The market closed earlier, and the shuttle bus had a completely different schedule. This was not indicated *anywhere* on the signs posted on site or on their "app" (a webpage). I have no issue with the changes. I *do* have issue with those changes not being communicated. I would stay there again, but I'd ask a lot more questions upon arrival.

Great Affordable Stay close to Florence
Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station). Apparently the buses were on strike? So no bus for us. But overall a great place to launch into Florence for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in a glamping tent here. The property is nice with good amenities. The restaurant was nice however our food was either bland or so salty. The private shuttle was convenient as Italy transit is unreliable and overcrowded. Our tent was okay- clean upon arrival however it was so damp inside. I hung a pair of pants to dry after the rain and it became more damp inside the tent. We had to use the hair dryer to dry our clothes that were sitting out. Also the tent isn’t completely sealed and so some bugs/ spiders got into our tent. Would consider a return due to the good price however in another style of accommodation. Also we had WiFi reach our tent (#74) which was nice however they tell you it’s only in common areas

The tent was right next to the road. Was able to hear people coughing on the street. The bus was very packed depending on when you went. Hard bed with thin pillows and light switches not easily identified. Otherwise it was amazing. I enjoyed my time here.

We love how it has peaceful & relaxing it is to be there. Basic needs are available since they have a laundry place, grocery store and restaurant/bar. They offer shuttle service for €3 roundtrip, which is very convenient since theres only 1 bus line that pss this place and its always late sometimes even for an hour, BUT, the shuttle will drop you off 1.5km from the main historical center. But it is more reliable than the city bus! We tried to grab drinks one night in the restaurant, but the staff passed us around, they said the area was only for diners, and we can look for a table on the bar aide, nobody entertained us, we even went and try to order by the bar and they kept ignoring us or saying wait or point us to another person but then be told to wait. Full 30mins of waiting to be entertained, and nothing so we just left.

Lots of facilities
Amazing venue with all sorts of facilities available. However our room didn’t even have drinking glasses supplied and some light bulbs were out. When we couldn’t get our key to work to unlock our room, it was more than half an hour before somebody arrived to assist. Restaurant provided a good meal and supermarket and laundry on site were convenient.

The place is run very old school all manual and check etc. for the bungalow rooms you get zero wifi as it doesn't reach that far and the wifi at the restaurant is slow and drops out every 10 min so if you need to work remotely don't rely on their internet. The cafe and buffet food is very bad so don't bother, just eat in town. The good things are the shuttle bus and they have a grocery store on sight, and a laundry mat. It's kinda far from the town so definitely the shuttle bus comes in handy. If not camping and just trying to save though might worth to spend a little extra and stay in the main town of florence
