Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Were checking out early but were provided with a very basic packed breakfast which did the job.
Good location on the edge of the old quarter without being too hectic.
For the price cannot complain.

Very good and friendly service
We had a very nice time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a cruise on Ha Long Bay/Lan Ha Bay, which were very convenient and the cruise itself was very lovely. They do also have plenty of great recommendations to the rest of the city if you’re in need of af good place to eat, spent time or even get a haircut.
