The owners were absolutely fantastic! The property has breathtaking sunset views. The property amenities were of 5 Star quality. From the comforters to the towels, even the plumbing fixtures and furniture were magnificent.

The access to the ocean is unbeatable! Irma and MJ are great hosts. They had my favorite room temp set for me when I arrived as if they knew somehow!
The driveway is a little tricky to navigate but my Prius did the job just fine.
My room was small, the bathroom in good condition, the furnishings in the room were nice. The main level room I had was a little musty/humid, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to that.
Overall, would go back!

We had the best time for our anniversary! So clean and accommodating friendly staff! Looking out on the sea and watching the sun set! Just an all around magnificent place to stay!

Our diversion to Saipan
Exceptional! Our flight diverted at 9:00pm. There is no ground transport at the airport for an unplanned arrival. The owner of the hotel picked us up and drove us back the next morning. We have never stayed at a hotel so clean. The owners don’t just put hard work into the property, they put love!

If I could give this hotel a thousand stars I would! So very clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful outside sitting area and direct access to the sea. They will have our business every time we are in Saipan!

Excellent stay in Saipan
Fantastic stay! The owner and his partner were super friendly and helpful. Anything you need, just ask and rest assured that they will do their very best to help you. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Just a few steps away from the hotel is the beach, with amazing sunset views. Would happily stay again. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Overall, very good stay. Hotel was quiet and we almost had it to ourselves. Located right next to park/water. Owner was very nice/attentive and allowed us to check-in early/check-out late since had availability. Clean rooms, good location. Felt very safe entire time with gates locked/cameras... kind of seemed like over kill. I'd highly recommend & would stay there again if another trip to Saipan.

Excellent Hotel
When I first walked into the hotel, Irma greeted me with a smile and by name. She made me feel right at home from the initial checkin. The room was clean and tidy. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room and all amenities for the bathroom. This is a wonderful hotel to stay in and I will stay at this hotel on every visit to Saipan from now on.

Generally tolerable hotel
It was a whirlwind trip there. Staffs were generally kind and OK. But it was hard to find a place to eat in the neighborhood. Furthermore, I missed the chance to ask to clean the room, because I got up late due to late arrival.

Lovely little hotel on the beach. I think it may be the closest property to the beach on the island. Convenient, quiet, private location set back from the road. New, extremely clean with friendly and responsive management who provide a personal touch. Great bed, pillows, sheets, and Aircon for a wonderful night’s sleep. Good water pressure and temperature for a nice shower. Little grocery stores to left and right of hotel back on the main road. Very nice beachside restaurant just down the beach to the right, ‘Surf Club’. Good bakery on main road to left (Garapan direction), ‘Great Harvest’. The hotel is a great value; highly recommend and will return. *Best to get ocean view - just a little more but spacious with a view.

Would easily recommend this hotel to a friend
This small hotel really delivers a great experience for travelers. The HUGE advantage is that this hotel has direct beach access.
This hotel has definitely been updated recently and is in great condition overall -- inside and out. The current owner is present on site and actively manages the property. The room was spacious and the air conditioner was effective. They provided beach towels for use, too.
Saipan is really small, and you'll likely have a car, so staying here (a bit out of the main tourist area) is not an inconvenience to your visit to the island.
You can walk via the beach to Saipan Surf Club for a nighttime dinner or drink, too.
Would easily recommend this hotel to a friend without hesitation.

MJ and Irma are WONDERFUL host and hostess. After being here for 3 days, I felt part of the family. Both have interesting backgrounds and you will enjoy having excellent conversations with them. My room facing the ocean was immaculate. Do arrange to eat breakfast because at $12, you won’t leave hungry. Make sure to spend an extra $3 for the well prepared pancakes. The hotel sits just across a gravel parking lot from the beach. Do ask for a beach towel. My only concern is you have to drive on an unpaved driveway to reach the hotel from Beach Road. Drive slowly and you will be fine. I encourage you to stay at this terrific property.

一昔前と比べて大幅に観光客が減ってしまい、コロナ禍後も回復していないサイパンですが、逆に今の日本から見るとものすごい穴場です。
日本からたった3時間半で行ける、観光客が少なくのんびりと穏やかに過ごせる南の島、という状態になっています。ドル経済圏ですがグアムやハワイのような極端な物価高にはなっていませんので、円安でも無理のない範囲で楽しめます。
その中でも、 地元民の生活エリアである チャラン・カノアにあるこのホテルは、 休暇を穏やかにリラックスして過ごしたい、のんびりビーチを散歩したり泳いだりしてリフレッシュしたい、という方に強くお勧めできます。
シーズン中ももちろん良いと思いますが、どうせならオフシーズンでの滞在が良いです。強い日差しが和らぐので過ごしやすいこと、朝の雨上がりに高確率で海にかかる虹が見えること、そして文字通りビーチを独り占めできるためです。
【立地・ビーチについて】
・ホテルのすぐ目の前（徒歩30秒）が非常に綺麗なビーチです。遠浅で穏やか、温かい海で、透明度も高くシュノーケリングが楽しめます。
・ビーチに他の観光客は少なく、せいぜい地元の家族連れや釣り人くらいしか遊びに来ません。
・大通り沿いには徒歩数分程度の距離にスーパーが3軒、また利用しませんでしたが小さいレストランも複数あり、便利です。
【ホテル・設備】
・日本人好みの清潔でさっぱりとした居心地の良いホテルです。
・アメニティは充実しており、また部屋に冷蔵庫・電子レンジ（！）・電気ケトル・ドライヤーがあり便利です。
・敷地のセキュリティがしっかりしており安心できます。
・他の部屋の物音や水音は全く気になりませんでした。
・前庭には砂落とし用のシャワー（水）、部屋では充分な量・温度のお湯が出ますので、ビーチで遊んだ後も◎です。ただし洗い物を干せるスペースは小さいので、適宜ランドリーサービスをお願いするのが良いと思います。（結構な量を雑多に袋詰めしたものをたった数時間ほどで全て仕上げてくれて、1回15ドルとリーズナブルでした。）
【スタッフ】
・親切でホスピタリティが高いです。
・ダウンタウンのジョーテンスーパーやレストランなどへの送迎もして頂き、大変助かりました。
・ツアーの手配も可能で、外部のツアー会社に頼むよりもリーズナブルです。
・島北部を巡るツアーはオーナーさんご自身の4WDの運転で、通常のツアーではなかなか行けない場所（タポチョ山頂やカラベラ・ケーブ）も組み込んでもらえました。特に山頂からの360度眺望は絶景でしたので、是非相談してみてください。
朝、見渡す限り誰もいない白砂のビーチを散歩し、海にかかる虹を見て、日中はシュノーケリングしたり半日ツアーで観光地を巡り、夕方は温かい海にぷかぷか浮きながら日没を眺める、という最高の休暇が過ごせました。

사진보다 숙소가 더 넓고 엄청 청결해서 놀랐어요 진짜 화장실에 곰팡이 생길수 있는데 그런거 하나도 없고 관리를 신경써서 해주시는게 느껴집니다 그리고 주인분들이 너~~~~무 친절해서 머무는 동안 너무 편안하게 있었습니다 외곽인가 싶을수 있는데 보통 체험 하는데에서 픽업 서비스가 잘되어 있기 때문에 그런건 문제 없습니다 다음에도 사이판을 가게 된다면 여기를 방문하고 싶습니다

친절한 호텔
새벽 비행기로 이동해서 공항 근처 호텔로 잠깐 머물렀습니다. 새벽도착이다보니 이동수단 등 걱정이 많았는데 택시도 안전하게 불러주셔서 편히 이동했습니다. 아침에 식당 갈 땐 사장님이 태워 주셔서 편히 잘 다녀 왔습니다. 숙박객에 대한 배려가 돋보이는 곳 입니다.

너무 좋은 호텔이예요~
규모가 크진 않지만 필요한 것들이 다 갖춰져 있어요. 생수 무제한 제공~! 비치타월과 아이스박스도 대여가능합니다. 아침에 창 밖으로 보이는 풍경은 5성급 호텔도 못따라옵니다. 몇 걸음 나가면 만나는 해변과 자연을 해치지 않는 규모가 사이판 비치호텔의 큰 장점인것 같습니다.

空港から近くて便利。ホテルは綺麗で清潔だった。支配人？もフレンドリー良かった。近くにはコンビニ程度のマーケットも数件ありちょっとした買い物もでき、ローカルレストランもあって良い。
ビーチも目の前でサンセットも見れる。プールがあれば良かった。送迎は無いのでタクシーを使うことになる。チップ込みで２０ドルくらいです。
