Good room, day shift desk attendants unhelpful.
We had been told we could drop bags there early after returning from a cruise-this was not available.askedcwhy i was told on phone that there would be drop off. She said we tell people that to keep them happy!Asked for early check in, said none available, to ask later, then seemed perturbed when we would check. Woman working said i will call you. Later asked again and she said- you aren't on the list! Young man working on 1/19 was surly and unhelpful. Gave yes/ no answers while never looking away from computer screen. No lunch available @cafe yet one family of 4 conplained and were brought a meal! No one offered that we could have gone to sit by pool. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice pool but unheated so too cold to swim in. Jaxson's ice cream is walkable distance. 2nd and 3rd shift help were helpful. Shuttle was easy..

Room for as clean; drain in the shower/tub drained so slow that water was ankle deep while taking a shower; toilet seat lid was not attached to anything—had to call & have it replaced. A/C not working properly we had it turned down to 65 but it never really cooled properly. Very expensive for the lack of quality accommodations.

Single king that says it sleeps 3 is misleading.
Hotels.com describes a single king as sleeps 3. We made the erroneous assumption that you could sleep 3 people in this room. Maybe a pull out couch?? 1 king bed and no cots unless your a baby needing a crib. This means 2 people who should not be sleeping together are forced to. The waxed sticky floor didn’t seem too comfortable. Just be aware. The hotel is very nice but hotels.com dropped the ball in that one.
