The staff at the front desk were friendly and the property well appointed. The gym is located in a funky location and required someone from the front desk to help locate. Recommend perhaps adding a QR code to room to help guests understand how to navigate in room dining, car return, etc. I did not initially receive the concierge text so had to inquire about these things - a QR code would aid both guests and staff. When checking in I was asked if I needed a luggage cart - I did - but no offer to help get it up to my room so ended up taking up and returning myself. Some minor tweaks to the guest experience would help.
