This is definitely a motel rather than a hotel.
Rooms are basic. Bathroom was dated. They seemed clean.
Was very loud on the weekend and you can hear the people who are above you.
Parking is free, which is nice.

Bathroom was quite disgusting. Stains on walls, grime/ residue in sink, room floor was not swept, bedding had stains on it, with strong cigarette smell.
Convenient location, parking is good, really hard turns to get in/ out with traffic.
