Location of the hotel is perfect for the area. Probably the only positive i could find. Staff seemed incapable and slow. Facilities were basic and parking is not suited for the hotel

Family room was big enough for 2 Adults and 3 children.
All staff were polite and helpful.
We were impressed with the food choices for breakfast.

Peaceful and clean! Really loved my stay, thank you so much travel lodge.
Next time I will make sure I expand the check out time as I was a bit rushed.

Our stay was fine, adequate. What you'd expect really. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The only issue was parking, which was full when I arrived and I was advised to use the multi-storey across the road at my own expense. Luckily a space freed up on site and I was able to squeeze my car in, but not having a space guaranteed was not ideal.

Cleanliness: Room was ok on arrival but no cleaning services were provided for our 2 night stay.
Staff: Good, helpful.
Facilities: Our bathroom was too congested. Didn't have inside locking mechanism & no exhaust fan. Bathroom & tub bath plug is non-pop type so not very hygienic & user friendly. No cupboard to hang clothes.
Location: lot of shopping facilities within walking distance, station nearby so helpful.
Parking: limited on site availablity but there is large paid parking space available across road at reasonable price.
