The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Darkest hotel room, at nighttime, I've ever experienced...LOVED THAT! Bring your own nightlight for the bathroom. No iron/ironing board. Ice machines only on 3rd and 19th floors but it was doable. Loved the workout room and the awesome treadmills that face outside. Great views from there and the public bathroom on that floor. Super close to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave shopping!
