Отель недавно поменял свое название, Это бывший Ritan
Заселение оказалось на редкость тяжелым. Мной было предварительно оплачено проживание на сайте Hotel com ,но это оказалось не аргументом во время заселения . С .меня требовали полную оплату еще раз! Более двух часов я пытался разбирательства с персоналом. И с меня великодушно согласились взять только за одни сутки! Номер оказался очень холодным И Утро опять началось с того что с меня начали опять требовать всю оплату! Ни какие аргументы не действовали!!!! И ВОТ В 16.30 НА СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ ДЕНЬ ПОЯВИЛАСЬ СУПЕР МЕНЕДЖЕР И ВЕЛИКОДУШНО СООБЩИЛА ЧТО ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО Я ВСЕ ОПЛАТИЛ И С МЕНЯ ДЕНЬГИ ТРЕБОВАЛИ НЕ ПРАВИЛЬНО !! вот такой получился отдых!! теперь пытаюсь вернуть деньги
