Out of the three hotels this family trip, Daiwa Roynet Nagoya-Fushimi is the best.
Clean hotel. Nice amenities. Attentive staff. Can’t beat location. There is everything everywhere. Subway is around the corner. I would come back!

The room is kind of small and like most of the normal hotels in Japan. The location is convenient and walkable distance to Family Mart and few stores for shopping.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff
Extremely friendly staff. Rooms and surrounding areas were very clean. They got my reservation name wrong but were able to correct it at the time of check-in. A minor inconvenience, but hotel staff was quick and super friendly about it!

Such an amazing shower area plus good water pressure. Love that the sink, shower/tub, and toilet were all separated. Very clean. Cool free public bath but no tattoos allowed. Sadly lol high recommend! Small room but most rooms in Japan are small :)

Plenty of restaurants right outside and down the block, the hotel is just a block away from the station entrance, but at the time of the visit, the entrance was being fixed. This is absolutely not a deal breaker because literally right across the street, there was another entrance.

Excellent!
I had an amazing stay. I took a room on the ladies-only floor and it's great (extra security door that opens with your room card if you have a room on that floor). First time trying the public bath, I was concerned about my belongings but there are lockers (with keys) to store your towels, clothes etc. while you take the bath. The hot bath helped heal some muscle strains I had from walking and traveling a lot with a heavy luggage. I would stay again in this hotel if I come around Nagoya again!

This is a business hotel. Rooms are a bit smaller with bed to one side. The staff members are helpful but English is not very strong. Google translate helps. Hotel restaurant not open in a Monday evening. There is a Onsen in the hotel. Good breakfast. There are charging cables in the room. The place is quiet. Only a few minutes walk from bearers metro stop. There are a good selection of local eateries around. There is air condition in the room.

Small room with a nice bathroom. Ok location.
The standard room was very small and it was hard to open luggages, though the bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a separate shower send bathtub wet area. Bed and pillow were hard so not most comfy. Free amenities like bottled water and slippers, hot beverages at hotel lobby. Location is a a couple of minutes’ walk from Fushimi subway station, closest exit is exit 8, but note there are only stairs to street level. Walking distance 15-20min to Sakae area for more dining and shopping options. There are a couple of drug stores, restaurants and Family Mart convenience stores located on / around the same block.

The hotel room was much smaller than expected. We had to get creative with where to open our suitcase.
The hotel was clean and there were enough amenities.
It was very busy and the elevator wait time was very long at times.
For the amount of rooms they have, I feel the public bath was very tiny. There were lines in the wash area and I couldn’t soak in the hot bath as long as I’d like to because there were people waiting as well.
The location is convenient very close to the train station.
I probably won’t stay here again because of the wait time and the size of the room.
