"I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this was my first time in the Queen City room. The reception staff are always very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming — the customer service truly makes you feel at home. I enjoyed my stay overall; however, the bathroom setup could be improved. The shower area caused water to spread across the floor, and although the provided squeegee was helpful, it wasn’t an optimal solution. A small shower cabin or a raised edge could prevent the water from flowing out and make the bathroom much more practical for guests"

"Friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable room beds etc. ( and even a kettle!) A really excellent breakfast buffet with lots of choice and even a " make your own waffles" area . Very good location and a lovely modern, spacious interior. Would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends."
