"Staff were great, the hotel was perfectly clean and maintained, good breakfast, and conveniently located (hotel bus to airport to get the train there,or short walk to bus to museum quarter or train further afield) food was nice, breakfast had a good selection of options, and the mini-store was useful for a drink/snack at any other point

"Bed was too hard for my back and the breakfast was really overpriced (€22.50 per day). Nice with pool and sauna but the pool floor was wobbly and the shower door in the ladies changing room was stuck so no possibility to shower. However we were met by a very nice receptionist when we arrived so cred to her!"

room and as we have older children, it was so nice for them to have actual proper beds rather than a pull-out sofa. The hotel provided us with information about the local area Before we even arrived which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue for us was that we didn’t have good Wi-Fi in the room and so couldn’t cast anything from our phones to the TV. I would definitely return to this...

The room was large and well furnished.
The only constructive criticism I have, is that the carpet was stained, and the crowning and walls are in need of upkeep and maintenance.
That said, I would definately stay here again."

"Hotel is in a great location, close to Central Station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast of croissants and coffee was included. A little fruit would be a nice addition. Checkin was easy and they let us leave our bags and have a coffee before the room was ready. Staff very pleasant and helpful, front desk staff all spoke excellent English. At checkout we were each given a gift bag of snacks which was great for travelling."

trip with my son and my mom, manager Carol offered us a discount for the extra bed and Ilse has been helpful during the duration of the stay as there had been a glitch in the extra bed booking!
