"We stay at Courtyards whenever we travel without kids. They are basic, clean and well run with busines clientel. The hotel was clean and well run. The staff, especially Tracy and the Bistro staff, we awesome. Tracy made sure we had everyone we needed for our breakfasts and our night caps. She is personable and runs a tight ship. A gem in the hotel industry. If we are ever in Dallas agian, we will stay here. "

"The property was nice and very clean. The staff was polite and friendly. I breakfast was decent. If you get there after 5pm you have to park in the very back. Of the property and people SPEED through that parking lot very fast. It was nice that they allow animals even if I didn’t have any. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were a bit lumpy. The room was very clean. Says non smoking but you can still smell the smoke from previous people that may have smoked in there when ac is turned...

"We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The staff @ front desk always very kind and helpful. The rooms are ALWAYS super clean, the beds are really comfortable, and the bathrooms are great too. This will always be our go to for under $100,
