"We LOVED the pool/hot tub area and game room. Playground was awesome. Parking was great. Staff was friendly but sparse. A few times coming and going we saw lines at check in. Great variety for breakfast every day. The only complaint was the disgusting fake scrambled eggs and shortage of seating. The place was clean. I’d say the only complaints were noise level (barking dogs) and cruddy sleeper sofa in the suite. "

"We stumbled upon this place a couple years ago and now going in the fall has become an annual tradition. It’s such a fun place with so much to do on-site (pool, mini golf, we love the Brown Swan for dinner, smores kits, etc) and just a short walk into town for delicious coffee at 9 Mile and more good food. We’ve found some great hiking nearby too, and this time saw a bear on our drive up to the Buffalo farm which was an added bonus. The price has increased significantly since we went last year but it seems like they have added live music, more activities and more staff so maybe that’s why. I love it here, it’s my favorite place in the ADKs- I have recommended it to so many people and already booked for next year! "
