well after the posted finish time.
The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating."

"Amazing Stay, Thank you Bessma for allowing us this fabulous and extremely relaxing stay, being as hospitable and professional as a Front Desk Manager is at the Marriott International Brand; Check in (Adel) and Check out (Karim) as smooth as a Bonvoy member should Expect. F& B with the Kindness of Executive Chef Karim, the very Yummy and flavor oriented OPUS restaurant is a must visit while you are around. We also liked The Buffet

"This hotel is very lgbt friendly.
I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too .
Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
Excellent

"One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in!
As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help.
Food was much better than every all-inclusive I've been to, with more cooked-to-order stations & allergen labelling than seen elsewhere. The a la carte restaurant was also utterly delicious & not just buffet-style stuff plated nicely as they often are. And having a selection of local drinks to try was a great...

"Overall the hotel is nice, would I stay here again, probably! Not a lot of entertainment on around the pool, the food is better than other hotels I’ve been in! Only down fall for me personally was the cleaner off the room, either the room wasn’t cleaned or when it was the only thing that was done was the bed had been made our jarmas where just chucked on top of our cases, never replenished the toilet paper have to ask for extra every day as none was giving to us."

Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean.
