Lille exceeded my expectations and I wish I'd stayed longer. The area around the Citadel is beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed the beautiful old town but also walking through the pretty neighborhood by the university.

Lille is a hidden gem. Very underrated city, a nice place to enjoy and relax for a short stay. The food / restaurant prices are affordable compared to other cities in France like Paris.

Nice little city with a good train stations and great connections across france, Belgium and beyond, super easy train direct to and from London uk too, lots of hidden gems in lille without the hustle and bustle of busy Paris. Lovely people great city

Hotel is right opposite the Lille Europe and under 10 minutes walk from Lille Flanders.
We spent 2 days in Lille and 1 day we took the tgv to Paris (only 1 hour away)
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Hotel has a continental breakfast, aswell as drinks, snacks etc.
Small fridge and coffee maker in the room. A few other guests stayed here and travelled by train to Disney paris.
Highly recommend Novotel and Lille, perfect for a lovely mini break."

Rooms have unusual and u comfortable furniture - I think it’s to encourage you to enjoy their neighborhood like lobby with a wine shops various food options and a sense of fun. Definitely would be attractive to younger folks. Typical European room with double bed and enclosed bunks beds. "
