We loved this hotel. The room is small but it has everything you need to be comfortable. They are just renovated so they are beautiful. The first floor is noisy so maybe ask for a second floor room. You can easily transport anywhere by public transportation.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops right outside your door. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located conveniently close to public transportation to take you anywhere you want to go in the City. My daughter and I had an excellent experience.

I stayed in room 003 and next to my room there was a staff room and they where opening and closing the door during the night and at 4:30am there where people from the staff talking just outside my door and they woke me up so I couldn´t rest at all. Besides they should inform you before paying the reservation that they are constructing inside the hotel and it is really messy.

La ubicación es buena, la entrada es accesible, me gustó que tenían aperitivos durante el día en el lobby, sin embargo en cuanto a las habitaciones el baño es demasiado pequeño, haciendo muy incómoda la regadera es muy angosta e incómoda, tienes que colocar estratégicamente el tapete para que no se escurra el agua por todos lados, las almohadas no son tan confortantes

Las habitaciones son del tamaño ideal, nos tocó ventana a la calle, el baño limpio, tiene tv y clima, amenidades, camas cómodas, sabanas limpias y cobijas calientitas. La ubicación está súper bien, la colonia es linda, hay un Oxxo en la esquina, cafés, tacos, nieves, a una cuadra del bullicio de Insurgentes pero acá se sentía un ambiente muy tranquilo. El elevador está en construcción, lo cual ayudará mucho, ya quiero verlo.
