Noisy Night
This stay was the worst experience I have ever had. I reserved a king accessible room because my wife has mobility issues. When I checked in they said they a king on the second floor but no elevators or a room with two double beds on ground floor. We had to take the ground floor room because my wife was trouble with stairs. After getting to our room I turned on the heater. It sounded like a blender was grinding metal. The low was 22 degrees that night so we had to run it. Hardly any sleep at all. Upon checking out they couldn’t give me a refund. Will never book again a Baymont. I even recorded the noise and played it back for the clerk. Horrible.
