Needs help
The bathrooms were far from clean but the worst thing was the couch that had obviously been shredded by a pet. I cannot fathom why it hasn’t been replaced. It was disgusting. The room smelled of animal urine as well

From the check in to the check out it was an amazing stay the room was clean the area was quiet, it had a full kitchen and a fireplace which made our stay feel like home, I would recommend anyone to stay here and me and my wife will be booking another stay soon

North Pole Experience Annual Trip-family of 6
This our 3rd time staying here in the 2 bedroom suite. We love the set with 2 bedrooms and common area in between with fireplace. Last 2 times have been 5 stars. This time the room was in bad shape. Couch was falling apart(like a cat ripped it up), stains on the ground, linens were dirty. Pots were put away with food on them. Unfortunately the whole property looks like it is going down hill. Hoping we just got the 1 room that was in disrepair because our last stays were so great. Still great location for big family coming in for North Pole experience!

Won’t stay again
Our room was run down and not clean, please see attached pictures. We arrived 30 minutes early and told our room was still being cleaned, came back 35 minutes later and miraculously it was ready. There was no housekeeping cart near our room in that entire time. There was no where to hang a towel by the bathroom sink. All the windows were single pane so it was freezing even with the heat set to 75. Please see attached photos

Clean rooms, poor breakfast service
Checkin process was smooth, staff was courteous, room was clean and comfy. But Breakfast service was really lacking. Breakfast was supposed to be 7-10 if I recall. We went down at roughly 8:30-9 and almost everything was gone- no oats, no milk, no coffee, no eggs, no batter in pancake machine. The kitchen looked very understaffed, just on person trying to refill all this. Many guests were waiting impatiently. If this is the typical experience for guests I would not come back here.

Our stay was great! We love Sonesta in Flagstaff and have stayed there often. The only complaint we have was that the refrigerator was very loud. We initially thought it was noise being made by someone outside, but then realized the popping and banging noise was from the fridge!

2 bedroom unit- don’t stay here
Maybe they thought this place was clean but I certainly did not . The arms of the sofa couch were completely frayed or chewed up. The carpet was full of stains. My kids were barefoot and their feet were black. Disgusting! One of the toilet seats had a big chip in it. How much does it cost to replace a toilet seat ? I’m sure all of these units need a major remodel . All I can say is the bed was decent.
