Everything is nice and fresh at this hotel. Fun and clean atmosphere. Lobby is inviting, food options are good within hotel. Valet parking $35/day and resort fee $50/day (for just an indoor pool?) were excessive, but no other complaints.

I really like the remodel, but there were a couple things that will keep me from coming back. The resort fees and valet fees are exorbitant. An extra almost $100/night is a tough pill to swallow. Also, the pool and spa area was an absolute circus. The room (which is a bit of an echo chamber already) was full of families with parents who let their kids scream at the top of their lungs, leave towels and trash everywhere, and splash other guests repeatedly. This was especially frustrating in the spa, which should be a place for adults to relax. But instead, it was filled with over 15 people at times (rules state a max of 8), most of whom were children who were playing, screaming, and splashing the other guests. If guests can't be considerate of others, the hotel should have staff in the area to enforce the rules.

Terrible! Need a refund!!!
They had this AC randomly blowing all night even while Off and so on Saturday my 6 year old grandson woke up super sick! We told the hotel they sent an engineer who said he didn’t know how to fix it then shut off the heater completely which made us freeze all Saturday night! Sunday my grandson woke up with 102 fever we left early and the kids didn’t get to Enjoy the snow AT ALL we stayed in the room the whole time!!! This was awful!

Check out got kind of hectic just because of the number of people leaving at the same time during peak ski season but it was manageable. The hotel was clean and tidy. The bed was a little firm for my taste. Across the street from the casinos and easily walkable to the Gondola. The employees were super friendly an helpful.

Resort fee is high considering problems
The $50 resort fee for one night frustrated me due to the following things: The fridge in the room was opened and turned all the way down aka not cold for my use. There were supposed to be reusable water bottles in the room. There were plastic bottles. The towel I used in the pool smelled like mildew. The coffee station in the room had only decaf coffee and tea and when I tried to make tea, the machine lot up, sounded like it was working but did not. Not sure why the resort fee if $50 with issues like these.
