Rooms are very small older hotel that has had some remodeling done. charged a resort fee but the bar was closed there was no restaurant (they say they have dinner service but we were there at 6pm no dinner noted) First night there bar had a private party of about 20 people but the whole bar area was inaccessible the courtyard was closed no breakfast coffee and apples! just what was the resort fee for???

Bedroom was pretty dirty, lots of dust, splashes on mirrors, our room was not cleaned or replenished on second day. Large bedrooms with new carpets and fittings, however hallways smelt like wet carpet.
We complained, nice receptionist gave us fresh towels etc but did not resolve our grievances. Stayed in better motels to be honest.
Attached restaurant and bar closes at 9pm so no food or beverage offerings after that, despite being marketed as a tavern.
Location is great, parking, and recharging your car but at this s price I could not recommend.

My friends and I meet in Los Gatos once a year to go have dinner and hang out. We stay at this hotel because of the proximity to everything and the price is reasonable. The only thing the room is lacking is a full length mirror.

Dated facilities, cost similar to other high end hotels in the area. Very little staff. Bar costs very high, on a scale of five I’d rate it a two. Until new management and reduced charges I will not return.
