From time of arrival; I was warmly greeted as I went through a smooth check in process, assigned my room and directed which way to go. I was pleased with my Suite. It was quite. Welcome by a lady occupant swearing yelling with his family , police presence , receptionist was unwelcoming, took driving license for a copy of office record ( feeling unsafe) . Electronic door card didn’t work , office boy had to open the door. For this price it was pathetic and waste of money.

Stayed here for a wedding in the Chicago area. First night so much noise from a guest who had children running and stomping the floor above us, I had to call several times to guest services. Second night of staying , the guest room next to us talked loud all night and we ended up leaving at 5:00 in the morning. I live in South Carolina and I would never recommend this hotel again.! Not to mention that the water was extremely slow and remote control to the tv did not work properly! Very disappointed in Quality Inn

This is a nice location with nice employees. I see that they were trying to do upgrades so I will not condemn some of the things I've seen. But I seen worse so this place was okay. What I don't like is that they don't allow us to take breakfast out of the dining room. And they said that we have to keep our lunch voucher on the table while we eat. I guess that's the stop people from the outside coming in to eat.
