Okay for a bed and a shower.
Elevator was broken, said it broke the day before we arrived, a 3 day stay and it hadn't been fixed, Ice machine on the 3rd floor unplugged not working, Main door from stairway to our floor had no door handle of any sort. Partially drank bottle of water left from a previous guest. Toilet ran, called the desk they sent an older lady with a plunger however the issue wasn't that it was clogged it was an issue with the internal part of the toilet. she left with the plunger and never looked at the toilet and never came back. Toilet ran all 3 days. breakfast was a waffle maker or cereal. Okay for the price. But the lack of maintence shows.

My toilet overflowed but they gave me towels to take care of it. But it was quiet and clean. They had decent breakfast options. I'd stay there again.

$100 deposit for elephant poo...hmmm
The first concern was the lack of people. On a Friday night I would expect it to be packed. There were maybe two cars in the entire lot. The hotel was musty. When we first entered the room it smelled like elephant crap, like it smells at the zoo, seriously. Every appliance in the room was unplugged, after some fiddling we got the ac to turn on. Once it cycled a for a while the room was bearable to be in. Breakfast was waffles or cereal it couldn't be any cheaper. I booked this hotel because it saved me $60 verses staying on the MO side of St. Louis. What I wasn't aware of was $100 deposit for incidentals. After staying in the room, there is literally nothing in the room worth $100, and I only spent $60 a night. I was not impressed and I spent an extra $40 of unplanned money. I pray I get it back or the entire stay was not worth it.

Our room was in very poor repair. Maintenance is nonexistent at this property. I notified the desk clerk of the condition of our room and she responded by saying the manager has notes about it. One of the side door would not work. When i inquired, i was told it wasn't accessible due to security concerns but I could go out of it and come in it if someone opened it for me.

Three worst things: a fake coffee/deodorizer smell is unbelievably strong... Fridge doesn't work ... And oh yeah ... The freakin' handle for the shower water just pops off as easy as can be and was "fixed" with some jammed in paper to help hold it slightly better!! Unbelievable.

This place looks clean in lobby but in our room was dirty. Refrigerator not working. Floors had hair on them in all different areas. The bedding had blood stains and bedding not clean. Was just an awful place.
