We had to keep having our room key reprogrammed; we couldn't get in. After two days and at least 10 keys reprogrammed, it was determined that they needed to replace the electronics; the e-key reader no longer worked at all. They were supposed to have the e-reader replaced on the door; the clerk said it was an easy fix and would be completed before we returned to our room. When we returned that evening, the e-reader still didn't work, and the night clerk had to open our door with a master manual key. She wasn't sure it would work, but fortunately, it did. We checked out the next day. The room was just OK, needed a good vacuuming, and the bed tilted toward the headboard. The TV didn't work. When they installed a temporary TV, it didn't work either. They didn't offer any discounts for our inconvenience. We will not be staying there again.
