Good but Dated
Our stay in Paris as a family was great, the city is fantastic. The hotel however, didn’t live up to the photos when booked. It is dated and cleanliness was average. We had a good stay but the hotel does need an uplift. We didnt eat breakfast so can’t comment and there were no other meals offered by the hotel. I won’t be looking to stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family. Poor 4* for the money spent.

The beds were hard and old, the furniture, carpet and bathrooms were all very old. The shower had mold and the water didn’t drain. Overall a very below average experience regardless of what the reviews I had read gave them.

Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood
The room was quiet, central, pleasant with a very comfortable bed and a bath tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged a taxi for the airport for 5:00 am, very convenient. I enjoyed my stay and will return.

We stayed here for two weeks and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. However, this is not a four star hotel. The room was very small with no place to put clothes so we couldn’t unpack. We never had enough towels or supplies in the bathroom. The whole place is shabby and in need of refurbishing. It is just barely a three star hotel.

I did not like the hotel. It's very old and inside the shower had mold over the ceiling and the bathroom is very old. No fan in bathroom and steam was covering the mirror after showering. The bath top was so high and I hit my knee several times to it. Its very difficult to get in the shower if you have knee or foot problem. However, the staff are friendly. The location was very far to everything, and I had to get Uber. I think I paid so much, and I didn't expect to have a dirty bathroom with mold on it. I don't recommend it to tourist.

Nothing really to love…very dated, 80’s motel vibe
This hotel should not be valued at over $250 a night due to poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and misleading advertising. As a Hotels.com VIP member, I expect that the hotel (1) be clean and (2) actually resemble the photographs. Unfortunately, neither was true for this establishment. Similar to other reviews, the property was outdated, and our room was not upgraded despite the hotel being nearly empty. The air conditioning didn’t work, and when we requested a late checkout, we were only given an additional hour—nothing beyond the standard, at least within the U.S. My husband was locked out of the room after 11 a.m. because they didn’t update the key fobs. The decor was bulky and took up too much space in our small room, making the stay not worth the price. This is one of those hotel rooms where you just sleep and stay out all day because there is absolutely no feeling of comfort. Like other reviews mentioned, it felt more like a motel. The low beds were very uncomfortable—good for putting on shoes, but terrible for sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re accustomed to a simple Marriott or Hilton experience. VIP benefits were not honored. Right after we checked in, two French couples received “complimentary upgrades” because the hotel wasn’t full. So I’m not sure what was going on with that.
