Can improve
When we arrived at the hotel at 15:15, we were informed that our room was not ready despite the advertised 15:00 check-in time. We returned at 16:30, only to find that the room was still not prepared. As a result, we were offered a downgraded room, which we accepted to avoid further delay.
The room provided was acceptable in terms of comfort; however, there was a significant plumbing issue. Every time we used the shower, water seeped through the floor, flooding the entire room. When we reported this to the receptionist, we were told nothing could be done, so we placed towels on the floor to manage the situation.
While the stay had its positive aspects, these issues left us feeling that the experience did not fully meet expectations.
