This is a small, boutique hotel with the essential amenities. I like that the room was modern and recently updated. The lobby area is nicely decorated with complementary coffee and tea any time of day. The area is busy and central, and if you know San Francisco, can feel a bit unsafe at times, but the hotel had keyed entry and was tucked away which made me feel safer. Uber does not stop in front, so you have to walk to the corner, which was not too far.
One issue I had is the shower was leaking, lots of water would escape from under the door, and I had to use lots of towels to protect the wood floor. I mentioned this during my first day there, and they took note of it, but nothing was done but bring me additional towels.
