Friendly and accommodating staff at front desk. Our condo felt new, all appliances worked and was clean. Very convenient location being one block from the lake and close to Sherman where the restaurants and shopping is located. Overall lovely upscale area and we highly recommend.

Comfortable room in a good location. The staff is very accommodating. The minor downside is the parking spots are small. The staff worked to put my vehicle less busy garage though.

This was an amazing property! We rented the three bedroom room that had a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It was exceptionally cozy and the perfect option for our group. Having laundry in our room was an added bonus.
This hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in Coeur d'Alene. We parked and walked everywhere needed.
The only bummer was that the hotel hot tub was closed when we visited.

We loved how spacious the room was, and really enjoyed having a large balcony with a view of the lake. We only booked for a night but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the kitchenette and the hotel amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

I would stay here again. Conveniently located near the beach, boardwalk, Sherman Way and McEwen Park. For the price, they could have included parking. Rooftop access was additional too, luckily Leroy gave it to us as complimentary which was a real nice touch.
