They describe themselves as a boutique hotel and I would agree. The staff are friendly. They take the time to greet you. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard. They use an eco approach that is built around the client. Breakfast is of a high standard and the gym is well kitted out. And it is conveniently located for transport, shops and sites. Hotel Regina is a tasteful boutique hotel in a great location close to attractions such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and within walking distance to the Prado Museum, Botanic Garden and Reina Sofia Art Gallery. The Hotel breakfast package is a generous assortment of cold and hot buffet items. Finally, their staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had a good stay at the HR and would return next time I visit Madrid.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all extremely kind and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful! The perfect hotel for a visit to Madrid! Excellent location, within walking distance to most attractions and a metro station right at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Such an amazing find of a hotel. Located just behind Gran Via. The room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was amazing. Staff was helpful and polite, and was always smiling.
