was amazing from start to finish the hotel was in a great location and attached directly to the mall. so when it was really hot there was no need to go outside, just go straight to the Abu Dhabi Mall.

Great property all around. There was one mishap where the front desk called the room right after we checked in and said they could not capture our passport information correctly at the time of checkin and they’ll send someone to the room to collect the passport. I’d never hand in my passport for someone to take away and I thought it was an odd thing to propose from the hotel perspective. We ended up going down to the front desk and sorted it out easily. Other than that, we had a great stay!

My trip was awesome from the Zen Spa to the shisha lounge. Also eating on the waters at Finz restaurant and enjoying some me time on my balcony. I was also recommended by Charles of a restaurant across from the resort which was great too. I highly recommend this resort!
