Pleasant - Not Great. Not terrible
Let’s start with the positive shall we… we booked 2 rooms for 6 people, including 2 toddlers 3 & 5. We took a red eye from LAX to EWR so the babies will sleep through the flight. When we arrived at the hotel it was about 9am and they let us check right in! The room size are large, extremely comfortable. We were all so tired so it started off very promising. Well we walked into our room and it had been untouched by housekeeping from the previous guest. We were immediately switched to a different room. Perfect. There was a notice under the door that said water off from 9a- 1pm the following day (Friday). No problem.Well Saturday and Sunday we had no hot water…. Still waiting for the person that was sent to come “take a look” to arrive. We also requested towels because although there was 4 of us in the room, listed on the reservation we continued to receive 2 face cloths and 3 towels. THEY REFUSED MY HUSBAND TOWELS because I requested housekeeping for the NEXT DAY. So we shared towels with the toddlers(ew). So beside the no hot water when it’s 20 degrees outside and the lack of towels and very low sense of urgency, the stay was pleasant.
