it's a little far from Smoky Mountains so if you plan to hike there, make sure leave early and get to the Park by 7:30 AM to find parking spots

Quiet location in the country, near the mountains. Two pools onsite, one indoor, one outdoor. Room was spacious with excellent kitchen facilities. 15 minute drive from Gatlinburg and a Food City grocery store.

Excellent Suites and Amenities
Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff is super friendly and attentive from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Diana was super helpful upon check-in and Greg went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order. Housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the location is away from all the traffic and noise. Very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property, friendly staff, clean, out and away from the traffic in Gatlinburg, yet close enough to it for family gatherings at restaurants, made our stay at Bent Creek pleasant beyond our expectations.

Very Disappointed
The room accommodations were very dated, the room was smaller than anticipated (pictures are deceiving) and although the staff was very friendly there wasn’t any type of “service” to rate. They never cleaned our room the entire week of our stay. We chose the “Hilton” because of the reputation, past experiences, and amenities (which used to include tidying up the room daily). Not to mention the ants in the bathroom sink I cleaned out every morning and the spider that woke me up in the middle of the night crawling across my arm. One of the main reasons we chose the Hilton was so I could relax and enjoy a week free from cleaning everything and just enjoy our trip. If we would’ve known that conditions we would’ve experienced in advance, we would’ve paid the minimal extra for an AIR BNB or VRBO. It would have been more spacious and private at the very least.

What a great location. Nestled in the great smoky mountains on a golf course is this little village. 10 minutes from town of Gatlinburg and an easy ride to all the stores. The staff was wonderful and the condos were great.
