Clean, good size room but average for the money
Large room with "balcony" but no natural light because it overlooked a wall. The hotel is fine - clean and a good size for a junior suite, but a little rundown (broken remote for TV, broken fireplace, chipped tiles and leaky shower faucet). You can hear every footstep and conversation through the ceiling. You have to request maid service and we had to call a couple of times to get towels, but the staff was friendly. The fireplace was broken so they comped our parking ($22/day), which we really appreciated. The free continental breakfast was also a plus.

Decent for staying with dogs
Convenient location and spacious room. We took 2 small dogs and had a patio on the ground floor. Patio was just dirt and cement. And was on a busy street. There were stairs next to the room so we could hear people tromping up and down at all hours.

Disappointed in the Hotel Pacific.
The room was "tired", floors were water damaged. Also, the room we received did not remotely look like the room we clicked on in the Hotels website. Instead of a lofty room we got a dark, run of the mill room, hardly wonderful as on the website.

So Nice!
Such a nice hotel and the service was excellent. We brought our pups and had a room with a patio so we could let the breeze in and they could come in and out. Great underground parking and wonderful, central location to downtown, Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf. Thank you!!
