Weve stayed numerous times and the hotel propety and room is always very clean and comfortable. The staff is always professional and friendly! This is our go to hotel when in the Herhey area!

Hotel staff was lovely; very helpful. The elevator needed constant maintenance, and the room key card access was hit or miss. We had to go back down to the lobby desk for help a few times.

Room layout was nice, however the room was rundown and dirty. Candy found on the floor/under the beds. Shower bathroom dirty, used bandages in bathtub. Stains on the sheets and walls. Possibly lotion…. Room was dusty and smelled of mildew/mold.

Quiet and clean
The hotel was set back in which was nice and quiet considering it was near a busy highway. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay here again. Loved feeding the ducks.
